Location

We are located in a quiet residential area a 5 minutes walk from the village centre, as well as Praia do Sul and Praia dos Pescadores.

The surf reserve consists of 11 other beaches, which can easily be reached by the Surf Bus, which stops at the corner of our street.

For those arriving from Lisbon Airport, car rental is an option, or you can contact us to arrange a personalised transfer service straight to the villa.

Praia do Sul

Best beach for families this beach has a wading pool at low tide, which makes it a fabulous place to have an ice cream and watch the kids playing and crabbing, plus there are good quality waves at one end too from beach

Praia dos Pescadores

This beach is the main urban beach of the village, where a pier was recently built to protect the small marina full of fishing boats. Going down to this beach is an experience, as it is frequent to see someone repairing a net, painting a boat or unloading the catch of the day. As a result of the new pier, a calm bay has been created where families gather on sunny days. One of the most frequented beaches by Ericeira natives is the best beach for families but also for surfing. This beach has a shallow pool at low tide, which makes it a fabulous place to have an ice cream and watch the children playing and catching crabs and other sea animals, in addition to having good quality waves at one end of the beach as well

What time is check-in and check-out?
At Ericeira Ocean View Villa, check-in is at 14:00 and check-out is at 11:00. Unfortunately we are unable to offer early check-in due to cleaning schedules, but you can always drop off your luggage early. For more information about early luggage drop-off at our holiday rentals in Lisbon please make sure to contact us ahead of time.
Check-in is usually done in person unless late-night arrivals make it impossible. In those rare cases, our contact person will be there first thing to complete the check-in process and pass on all the required information.
Are pets allowed?
Unfortunately, pets are generally not allowed at Ericeira Ocean View Villa. We may make arrangements for exceptional circumstances, so please contact us with any inquiries.
Can I have a party or plan an event?
No, parties or events are not permitted at our ocean view villa. We ask that you respect the peace and quiet of both other guests and the local neighborhood by refraining from organizing any kind of gathering. Thank you for your cooperation. If you wish to have a few people visit you during your stay, please inform us by sending us the IDs of the people who will be joining you. Note that there is an extra charge for guests who stay overnight.
Can I pay with credit card?
No, we do not accept payments by credit card. We currently accept payments via Paypal and bank deposit. For more information about payment methods for our holiday rental in Ericeira please get in touch. Thank you for your understanding!
How does check-in work?
Check-in is very simple since someone will be there to receive you at the property gate. They will explain all the details about Ericeira Ocean View Villa, answer any questions you may have and give you two sets of keys. For late check-ins, please notify us ahead of time so that we can arrange for someone to be there for you.
What amenities are included?
Ericeira Ocean View Villa offers a range of amenities to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Our holiday rental includes a cleaning service, a cleaning lady and gardener that will be visiting twice a week. Very strong Wi-Fi access throughout the villa and garden is also on offer, and two sets of keys are provided upon check-in.
Firewood for both the indoor and outdoor fireplace as well as gas for the outdoor kitchen and barbecue are included in your stay. We also provide towels, bed linens, beach towels, bathrobes for the hot tub, cue tips, makeup rounds and tissues and all necessary toiletries. For families, a high chair is provided with security gates, as well as children’s toys and books.
Finally, a large welcome basket which includes fruit, and 2 bottles of wine as well as special Portuguese coffee are on offer for your convenience. For more information regarding the amenities included with Ericeira Ocean View Villa please contact us!
Is cleaning included?

Yes, cleaning is included with every stay so you can simply relax and enjoy your Ericeira holiday. Our very discreet cleaning lady and gardener will be visiting the property twice a week to keep it neat and tidy for your convenience. Please note that any special cleaning requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Thank you for your understanding!
